Responsibilities:

– Provide technical support to ensure smooth IT operations

– Maintain system integrity and security

– Manage network performance and troubleshoot issues

– Assist users and ensure satisfaction

– Support data management and compliance efforts

– Drive continuous improvement and document procedures

Essential Qualifications:

– Graduate in any stream of Science

– Graduates in other stream with, IT certification or other technical certification.

– Preference will be given to IT Graduates, CCNA network certified professionals, CCNA certifications or other equivalent certifications.

Skills :

– Strong troubleshooting skills

– Knowledge of network management and security

– Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience :

– Minimum 2 years in IT support
