Nectere Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Junior Engineer for CCTV & Surveillance Projects at the Amravati location. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of surveillance systems and field devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance equipment
• Configuration and troubleshooting of IP Cameras, Network Switches, and related devices
• Cable laying, routing, termination, and field coordination
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of surveillance systems
• Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues on-site
• Coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution
• Preparing daily work reports and project updates
• Ensuring compliance with safety and project standards

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CCTV, Surveillance Systems, and Networking
• Hands-on experience with IP Cameras, DVR/NVR, Access Control Systems
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking
• Troubleshooting and field support skills
• Ability to work independently at project sites
• Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant field experience in CCTV & Surveillance projects
