We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and a strong track record in managing projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, execution, QA/QC, and safety.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; ensure adherence to the same.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Drive HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols at project sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–8 years of proven experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
